What we collect
Photos and descriptions you upload, your email and ZIP code, payment status from our payment processor, and basic technical logs. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To diagnose your problem, show you the result, send your job brief to pros you choose to contact, prevent abuse and improve accuracy. Photos are processed by AI providers under contracts that prohibit training on your data where available.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information or your photos.
Sharing with pros
When you send a brief to pros, they see the photos, the brief and your ZIP code. Your email is shared only after a pro accepts the job.
Your choices
You can delete any case or your whole account by writing to privacy@aihm.pro. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including access and deletion.
