What AI Handyman is
AI Handyman (aihm.pro) analyzes photos of household problems with artificial intelligence and gives general repair guidance and job briefs for professionals. It is not a licensed inspection, engineering assessment or trade service.
Your responsibility
You decide whether to follow any guidance. Follow manufacturer instructions, local building codes and permit rules. Stop and call a licensed professional if anything seems unsafe. Never work on gas lines, the electrical service panel or structural elements yourself.
Payments and refunds
A DIY guide costs the price shown at checkout and is charged per problem. If a diagnosis is clearly wrong, contact support within 14 days for a refund. Pro memberships renew monthly until canceled.
Pros
Tradespeople on the platform are independent businesses. We verify the documents they provide but do not employ them or guarantee their work. Agreements about price and scope are between you and the pro.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI Handyman is not liable for property damage, injury or losses resulting from repairs performed based on its guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the diagnosis in question.
